世界智能大会经党中央、国务院批准，由国家发展和改革委员会、科学技术部、工业和信息化部、国家广播电视总局、国家互联网信息办公室、中国科学院、中国工程院、中央广播电视总台、中国科学技术协会与天津市人民政府共同主办。大会始于2017年，至今已成功举办六届，形成了“会展赛+智能体验”四位一体办会模式，为全球提供了多维度、全场景的高端学术交流、展览展示、开放创新、深化合作和产业促进的平台，立体化呈现了智能科技产业发展的新动态、新成果，在传播先进理念、搭建国际平台、打造智能场景、深化战略合作、推动项目落地等方面取得了一批丰硕成果，受到了业界的普遍认可和高度赞誉。
The World Intelligence Congress (WIC), with the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, is co-hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Radio and Television Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Media Group, the China Association for Science and Technology and Tianjin Municipal People’s Government. Initiated in 2017, the WIC has been successfully held for six sessions, forming a four-in-one model which integrates conference, exhibition and competition with intelligent experience. It has become a top-level, multi-dimensional platform for full-scenario academic exchanges, exhibitions, opening up, innovation, deepened cooperation, and business promotion around the world. It has showcased new dynamics and achievements in the development of the intelligent technology industry from multiple dimensions, and reaped a number of fruitful results in spreading advanced ideas, building international platforms, creating intelligent scenarios, deepening strategic cooperation and promoting project implementation, winning extensive recognition and high praises from the industry.
打造高端会议论坛，六届大会共举办13场主论坛、141场平行论坛，汇聚国内外超万名知名企业家及顶尖科学家，发表前沿观点，共话智能时代美好未来。
With a view to creating high-end conference forums, the WIC has held a total of 13 main forums and 141 parallel ones during the previous six sessions, bringing together over 10,000 well-known entrepreneurs and top scientists both at home and abroad to express cutting-edge views and discuss about a better future in the intelligent era.
打造专业展览展示，六届大会累计展出面积超20万平方米，共有117家世界500强、369家中国500强、1040家独角兽和知名科技企业以及高校、科研机构参展，集中展示智能科技领域最新技术、产品、成果。
With a view to offering professional exhibitions, the WIC has seen a total exhibition area of over 200,000 square meters in the previous six sessions, gathering a total of 117 Global 500 companies, 369 of China’s top 500 enterprises, 1,040 unicorn and well-known technology enterprises, as well as universities and research institutions to showcase the latest technologies, products, and achievements in the field of intelligent technology.
打造顶尖智能赛事，五大品牌赛事活动精彩纷呈，多角度、全方位向观众呈现智能领域全新竞技盛宴。
With a view to organizing top-notch intelligent competitions, the WIC has established five brand competitions featuring different highlights, presenting a brand-new competitive intelligence feast to the audience from multiple angles and dimensions.
打造新奇智能体验，形成了天上地下、线上线下的立体式交互体验，使观众有机会提前感受智能科技创造的新生活。
With a view to bringing a novel intelligent experience, the WIC has created a three-dimensional interactive experience in the air and on the ground, online and offline, enabling the audience to experience a new life created by intelligent technology in advance.
通过办会实现“以会兴业”效果，共签署702项合作协议，协议投资额达到5438亿元，高效助力天津经济社会高质量发展。
The WIC has promoted business by holding themed conferences. A total of 702 cooperation agreements have been signed with an investment amount of 543.8 billion yuan, effectively supporting Tianjin to promote the high-quality economic and social development.
第七届世界智能大会定于2023年5月18日至21日在国家会展中心（天津）隆重举行，大会以“智行天下 能动未来”为主题，全面贯彻党的二十大和中央经济工作会议重要精神，深入落实习近平总书记“三个着力”重要要求和致第三届世界智能大会贺信精神，紧跟世界科技前沿，加快构建新发展格局，全面展现智能科技领域的“硬核新技术、产业新赛道、未来新场景、治理新议题”。举办开闭幕式、创新发展高峰会、100场论坛会议活动、12万平米智能科技展、5项品牌赛事、多样化沉浸式智能体验、成果发布、双边会谈等系列活动，全力打造创新资源聚集、产业发展引领、智能体验更优的行业顶级盛会。届时，中外政府政要、权威科学家、业界大咖、行业精英、企业翘楚等重量级嘉宾将齐聚津门，智话科技前沿新热点、产业发展新风向，进一步增进国际间科技开放合作，以科技繁荣发展造福世界各国人民。
The 7th World Intelligence Congress is to be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) from May 18 to 21, 2023. With the theme of “Intelligence: Extensive Development Space,Sustainable Growth Driver”, the WIC will implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and the Central Economic Work Conference and put into practice President Xi Jinping’s instructions on “improving the quality and effectiveness of development, ensuring and improving people’s wellbeing, and strengthening and improving the leadership of the CPC” and the ideas in his congratulatory letter to the 3rd World Intelligence Congress. It will keep up with the world’s cutting-edge technologies, and step up the building of a new development paradigm, comprehensively showcasing new hard & core technologies, business tracks, future scenarios, and governance topics in the field of intelligent technology. It will arrange for a series of activities, such as the opening and closing ceremonies, the Summit on Innovation and Development, 100 forums and conferences, 120,000-square-meter intelligent technology exhibition, 5 brand competitions, diversified immersive intelligent experience, release of achievements, and bilateral talks, striving to create a top-level industrial event that gathers innovation resources, leads industrial development and offers better intelligent experience. At the event, distinguished guests, including Chinese and overseas government dignitaries, authoritative scientists, industry leaders and experts, and business leaders, will gather in Tianjin to talk about the frontier technology topics and new trends of industrial development, thus further promoting international technological openness and cooperation and benefiting people from all over the world with the prosperity and development of technology.
智能科技展介绍
第七届世界智能大会智能科技展首次落地国家会展中心 （天津） ， 展览规模12万平方米， 打造国内智能科技领域第一展。包含8大展馆和室外展区， 设置信息技术应用创新、人工智能 、5G+工业互联网 、智能交通 、智能制造 、智慧生活、 数字金融、 数字健康、 国际与省市等主题展示区，在S16馆专题设置天津展区， 集中展示制造业高质量发展行动方案和 “1+3+4” 产业发展成果。设置智能网联车室外智能体验区和5G智能体验专区， 全面展示智能科技领域高、 精、 尖产品及技术。
今年展览的专业化水平进一步提高，国际化程度进一步提升，展台内容进一步丰富，贸易和投资相互促进。来自全球487家企业参展，其中包括中国电子、中国中车、中国工商银行等 31 家世界500强企业，华为、浪潮、华录等42家国内500强企业，西门子、高通、史赛克等43家外资企业，通用技术集团、中国电气装备、中汽中心等50家央国企， 科大讯飞、360、卓朗科技等270家智能科技代表性企业，国家超级计算天津中心、北京大学、南开大学、天津大学等51家研究机构和高校院所。 一批世界最前沿技术和产品亮相本届展览， 全方位、多层次呈现全球智 能科技应用和产业发展成果。
